Job Details:
Position: RN Case Manager–Home Health
Location: White River Junction, VT 05001
Shift: Day shift - 8:00am - 4:30pm
Contract: 16 weeks; 40 hours/week
Pay rate: $84/hr.
Hourly rate on W2: $50.4/hr.
Weekly gross: $3360
Weekly pay rate: $2016(Taxable on W2) + $1344(Stipend) Based on 40 hours a week.
Requirements:
1. Medical/Surgical nursing and/or home health care experience.
2. licensed RN in Vermont and New Hampshire or hold a compact license.
